Exactly what it says in the name:
It stops bosses from despawning due to distance.
No more do you have to retry try a boss again and again because it just can't keep up.

Finally fixed! Should actually work now for all vanilla bosses and most modded bosses.

NEW UPDATE!! I am way too early with updates, this one adds a new sword, POWERLORD. Powerlord is a Melee weapon that does 3 seconds of poison damage, it's base damage is 400 :O, it is crafted with Powerfix, 15 Luminite Bars, and Meowmere.Tired of entering Hardmode, not having any good weapon to start you off? Well now with the combination of Breaker Blade, Fiery Greatsword, and 15 Hellstone Bars, at a Hellforge or Mythril Anvil, you can craft Powerfix, a Powerful Post-Hardmode sword. This weapon is guaranteed to last you a long time in Hardmode with it's 70 melee damage, moderately fast speed, and very good knockback. This mod aims to annoy you by telling you whenever you kill something!

Everytime you kill something, it will give you a message that goes like this: "You killed something in the(insert biome)"

Just a mod i'm working on just for fun, i will be adding some really random stuff in it.

-Dragonslayer sword: Has an extra enemy spawn debuff when used. Crafting: Breaker Blade + Broken Hero Sword + Mithril Anvil;
-Respawn time divided by 10;
-Armor reforging (code kindly taken from Dark-Assassin's Reforge Armor mod).

The Inlustris Mod is a mod that strives to add more optional content on top of what Terraria already has, while tossing in some new mechanics to keep a sense of addition.

Prohibition to skip Nightmare Pickaxe or Deathbringer Pickaxe, in exchange for it is faster than Platinum Pickaxe.

2. Crafting True Reaver Shark

You can Upgrade to True Reaver Shark, use Broken Hero Sword and Shark Fin.
It is a rapid pre-golem pickaxe to mine Chlorophyte Ore.

3. Change Crate drop

Any biome (Wooden / Iron / Golden) crates change item drop rate.

3rd party crates don't drop Hardmode Ores and Hardmode Bars, then you make it pointless to carry over a lot of unopened crates from pre-hardmode.
On hardmode you also get Genuine Crates. Those drop Hardmode Ores and Hardmode Bars.

Angler Quest Rewards appear from a crate.
